Technical analysis of the application

Before designing a battery, we understand the complete system. We define power, energy, voltage, and format based on real-world usage profiles, peak currents, daily cycles, thermal environment, and safety requirements.

We analyze the electrical and control integration (BMS, SCADA, EMS), as well as applicable regulations, to ensure the solution is viable, safe, and optimized from day one.

Custom design and development

We design the system's electrical, mechanical, and thermal architecture: cell selection, module configuration, BMS, protections, and communications.

We simulate energy and thermal behavior under different operating scenarios to validate critical decisions before manufacturing. The result is functional prototypes, ready for field testing and fine-tuning under real-world conditions.

Industrial manufacturing and validation

We manufacture in an industrial environment, with traceable processes and module-by-module quality control. Each battery is electrically and functionally tested prior to delivery.

We support the client through the validation and certification processes, until the system is fully integrated and ready to operate, for both prototypes and mass production.

Technical support and lifecycle

The battery is a living system. We offer technical support, diagnostics, and performance monitoring to ensure its reliability over time.
